About Me
I am a qualified Psychotherapist with an MSc in Contemporary Person-Centred Psychotherapy and Applications (UKCP registered). I also hold a BSc in Business and Psychology.
I have been a practising counsellor since 2018, and have worked in a variety of settings including within the NHS, as a therapist at Headstrong Counselling, and in private practice.
I am registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), and hold full clinical membership. I work within the UKCP ethical framework for good practice. I am also a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy ( BACP) .
I specialise in depression, anxiety, domestic abuse, and eating disorders.
I also specialise and have experience in supporting parents of multiple births, having completed research on " Exploring the lived experience of mothers of twins".
